PRIDE PASSION BELIEF
Selby Town Football Club was formed in the year 1919 and aptly adopted the nickname “The Robins”. The Club’s birth offered the town of Selby its first senior football club since the conclusion of The Great War, and one year following, in 1920, they became founding members of The Yorkshire League and to this day, hold the record of being the only club to have played all sixty-two seasons of the competition's existence.
Through the years Selby Town has developed to become a passionate and proud club with football and community spirit at the heart of everything it does. We aspire to welcome, support and represent our entire community. As well as a committed semi-professional men's first team, STFC has a successful Youth Team, Academy.
